MY PASSION AND GOALS:

By June of 2012, Sheryl plans to inspire and direct 1,000 families in how to take ownership of their retirement plan. She will help you to plan for prosperity instead of planning for poverty.

MY BIO:

Sheryl has been involved in the Real Estate industry since 1979. She started out as a Realtor and decided to get into the finance side of the business and has been a successful and dedicated mortgage loan consultant since 1982. She worked in the Bay Area until recently building her dream home in El dorado Hills and relocating to the Greater Sacramento Area. She continues to service her Bay Area clients with her Campbell office, but has also set up an office closer to her home in Folsom.

Sheryl specializes in residential mortgage lending and has averaged between 24 to 49.5 million dollars in annual loan volume personally over the last 20 years. She has been a member of her companies’ “President’s club” for their highest producing loan agents and has received numerous awards and recognition from her colleagues. Her extensive experience, creativity, attention to detail and follow-through have helped her establish a productive and expanding business.

Sheryl’s profound respect for others and her commitment to exceed each client’s expectations are reflected in her mission statement and her personal life as well. “I treat each client as a member of my own family, with respect, trust, loyalty and friendship. I want my clients to truly feel that I am their Personal Lender for Life.”

A PERSONAL NOTE:

Sheryl has five sisters, ten nieces and nephews, and is married to her husband, Bryan, for over 24 years. In her leisure, she enjoys spending time with her family, working puzzles, hiking, snow skiing and traveling.
