Reviews the residential loan application file to verify the application data is complete and meets establishment standards; including type and amount of mortgage, borrower assets, liabilities and length of employment. Calls specified companies to obtain property abstract, survey and appraisals. Submits mortgage loan application file for underwriting approval, informs Loan Officer of discrepancies within the loan. Sends email approvals, denials or conditions to the borrower and staff. Coordinates with Lender and Title Companies through the application process until funded. Ensures the integrity of data input into the system and manages pre-closing activities.
